      Curl Time
It should be at least 10 to 20 minutes. 20 minutes especially if your hair doesn?t take curls well. Also, you want to make sure your hair is completely dry prior to using hit rollers, it will make the curl last longer.

Is The Roller Size Good For Short Hair?
Ive never used a molecular steam hairsetter before, just the regular hot rollers that you plug in and the dots at the top show that they are done. Is the Molecular steam better? Also, are the rollers small enough for short hair? How long do the rollers take to heat up? Is it an easy product to use? Ive been using electric rollers forever, so Im curious about this type, but Id like some feedback before I buy.

    I Don't Understand How It's Used..
Are the curlers heated one at a time on the thing on top of the set? Or are all the curlers heated at once (like my old steamset)?

      I Don't Understand How It's Used..
The unit is filled with water. Then you set one roller at time on top,it takes seconds to heat up, when you remove the roller to put in your hair you place another one on the unit. By the time you finish with the roller in your hair the next one is ready. I have used this unit for over 30 years. And my just blew out. My hair gets dry and with this product I have soft, very soft & shiny hair that the curl last forever. I will never use a curling iron again. This is a great product.

    How Is The Steamer Used?
Im curious how the Steam Hairsetter is used also. It seems cumbersome if you need to heat one roller at a time. Can someone please fill me in on that? Also, Id like to know why Caruso has discontinued the Steam Curling Iron, I was a big fan of the steam curling iron, but for the last several years I cannot find any, except the butane ones, and I dont like the idea of the gas. Please advise.

This was never an issue for me. By the time I finished attaching one roller, the next was ready.1. Put roller on hairsetter.2. Take that roller off with one hand, and immediately put a new roller on with a different hand.3. Set 1st roller.4. By the time step three is done, the new roller is ready.Ive used this product for years and I love it!

    220 Power For Travel
I am wondering how this product works with 220 overseas. Is a transformer needed? Does it work ASWELL with 220 as it does with 110 voltage?

      Voltage Converter
I've used the steamer overseas with mixed results. For 3 trips to Europe, daily use of the steamer worked fine using a voltage converter. In 2009, the steamer popped the circuit breaker of hotel room and both steamer and converted smelled fried. In 2010, a different steamer and brand new voltage converter popped the hotel circuit breaker on 5th use - saw sparks in the steamer unit. No smell from the new voltage converter but because of luggage weight restrictions, tossed it anyway.
