WillowWait TimeHow long does it take to set your hair using this product? From the photo it looks like only one roller can fit into the hair setter at a time. As you're putting one roller in your hair does the other roller you're putting in the hair setter heat up quickly?Reply to this postMar 31, 2012Link to this post

Gloria W.USAFine, Thin Short HairHow do the rollers stay in the hair? Mine is fine and short. Will this work in my hair?Reply to this post
Does the steam take a long time to dry?Jul 9, 2011Link to this post-
SharonFt. LauderdaleHow The Rollers Stay In HairHopefully, you have received an answer as to how the curlers stay in the hair. In the picture, you can see the 'cover' that goes over the roller after you've rolled your hair up in it. The cover prevents the roller from unrolling.Jan 20, 2012Link to this post

Thanh V.Steamer Stops Working? My steamer stop working. I believe it's might be mineral build up because I did not use filtered water, I just used tap water. IS there anyway I can clean up the mineral inside the unit or do something to make it work again?Reply to this post
I tried to search for the contact of the manufacturer but there is noneMay 17, 2011Link to this post-
JulesMineral Build UpTry white vinegar on the exposed parts (don't open up the inside of the unit). If you can get it working after that, steam some distilled water mixed with white vinegar through the unit a time or two.Sep 9, 2011Link to this post

ChelseaCurl TimeIt should be at least 10 to 20 minutes. 20 minutes especially if your hair doesn?t take curls well. Also, you want to make sure your hair is completely dry prior to using hit rollers, it will make the curl last longer.Jul 2, 2010Link to this post
