    Heating Unit Size
Is the heating unit in the Pro Traveler model smaller than that in other regular models?

    Wait Time
How long does it take to set your hair using this product? From the photo it looks like only one roller can fit into the hair setter at a time. As you're putting one roller in your hair does the other roller you're putting in the hair setter heat up quickly?

The rollers heat up in a few seconds which makes it easy to heat them up as you go. Hope this helps.

How do the rollers stay in the hair? Mine is fine and short. Will this work in my hair?
Does the steam take a long time to dry?

How The Rollers Stay In Hair
Hopefully, you have received an answer as to how the curlers stay in the hair. In the picture, you can see the 'cover' that goes over the roller after you've rolled your hair up in it. The cover prevents the roller from unrolling.

    Steamer Stops Working?
My steamer stop working. I believe it's might be mineral build up because I did not use filtered water, I just used tap water. IS there anyway I can clean up the mineral inside the unit or do something to make it work again?
I tried to search for the contact of the manufacturer but there is none

      Mineral Build Up
Try white vinegar on the exposed parts (don't open up the inside of the unit). If you can get it working after that, steam some distilled water mixed with white vinegar through the unit a time or two.

When using this product I get dents in my hair. What other kind of clips will work better?

    Thanks

I also got dents in my fine, thin hair. I loved the texture and great curls but is there an answer to this problem?
