Love Bayliss Pro ... Wish It Would Work Longer Than A Year.
I have owned 3 Babyliss Pro hairsetters. I suppose I love the product so much I keep ordering another one for when mine 'burn's out'. The problem I have had with each one in that in a year, it stops working. I can hear the set popping and the light is off. The item burnt out. Seems that the Babyliss lasted about a year .... turning it on while I blow dry my hair and then turn it off ... everyday. Wasn't that I leave it on all the time. Gets a little costly to have to buy one every year and you should have a back up for when it does stop working. I so love this product and yes, have purchased three times. BTW, it is time for another one. Burnt out tonight.

      Same Experience Here
I am about to order my third one. My problem is that the unit starts to over heat and the wax in the curlers starts to burn. (You can smell it). I, too, have been very careful to turn it on as I'm drying my hair and shut it off immediately afterward. Doesn't seem to matter. I love the sizes and quantity of rollers provided and hence - will order another one. I think my track record is slightly better than yours because this is my fifth year of owning a Babyliss

These are not velvet flocked rollers, they are plastic spiked, as shown in the 2nd photo. Velvet flocking can wear off after a period of time, these will not have that problem.

You Asked If They Are Flocked :-
I wondered too. You can see them if you blow up the picture then there is a second picture to click on, this blows up and you can see they are hard ( plastic?) with teeth and not flocked. hope this helps ( sorry I don't know pro name for the material!)

    Number Of Clips
Does this come with another kind of clip other in addition to the butterfly clip? It doesn't make sense that it would only come with 15 clips for 30 rollers.
