Susan ColburnHeatingHow in the world do they heat up? There is absolutely no info under "product details". I want a few medium and small travel rollers. Are these what I am looking for? Thanks!!Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post

RuthVancouver, BCRe. HeatingHi there,
This is a very late reply to your post, but I'm hoping it may help others who have the same question. These rollers do NOT heat up independently--you would need to use a hairdryer to heat up the very thin 'metal' lining of the rollers. If you are looking for a product that is similar to hot rollers, I don't know that these will fit the bill. These are much more like a 'traditional' velcro roller. They do work well, if you are looking for a tool to help straighten or add volume (I've used the largest size for these)--I'm not sure how much curl the smaller ones would give, but I'm sure they would add bounce and body.Oct 6, 2010Link to this post -
SueThe Denman brand rollers say to roll your hair and then heat the rollers using your hair dryer. Ive never used them. I just saw your question and then read the info on the other rollers.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post
