Tricia W.Arlington, VADo You Have To Turn On The Cold Air First To Activate The Dryer?I bought the Turbo 1500 .. the first one I bought was from Amazon and I could not turn it on without first turning on the cold air, then I could turn on the hot air. And the 2 hot settings were the same temp and air flow. So I returned it and bought directly from Folica. This one I still can not turn on with out 1st turning on the cold air .. but I do have 2 different hot settings and air flow. Is it DESIGNED to not turn on unless you first turn on the cold air?Reply to this postNov 11, 2011Link to this post

KellyMichiganHow Powerful? Need Help!Does anyone know how powerful the air flow is on this dryer at low setting? I am having problems finding a professional dryer that doesn't blast too hard and cause my fine hair to be a tangly mess after drying! I've tried the Solia 1875 watts (too powerful) and now the Solano Original (1600 watts, also too powerful!) I am looking to try the Turbo Power 1300 watt one next. Any recommendations?? PLEASE HELP!Reply to this postOct 28, 2010Link to this post

TraceyDenverProfessional StylistThe specifications state 60 cubic meters of air / hour. I am a professional stylist. I LOVE this dryer because it does not blast my fine hair on low setting. I prefer to use it on low blow setting and high heat. I do not feel that it gets too hot, even with the concentrator (nozzle) on. I have used this brand, and more specifically, this model for over 22 years, with other brands in between, and ALWAYS come back to this one. With the nozzle on, and the temp. setting at high, the blow setting on low it even dries thick, course hair quickly, smoothly and with high shine.Jan 3, 2011Link to this post
