Follow these tips. 1) Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner(Sunsilk Thermashine) this has protiens that protect hair from heat damage. 2)Towel dry and then apply TIGI Bed Head Control Freak Serum(gives hair a healthy shine and look) just put a dime size amount into the palms of hands and then work through hair. 3)*while still wet* Then apply Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray for extra heat protection(very important to protect hair from heat, to lower the chances of breakage) spray lightly 6 inches away from head all over. 4)Section hair, put hair half up in a clip and blowdry that bottom half first, when done do the same thing for the top half(let hair done from clip when you get there). 5)Get a round brush and go under with it while using the Bed Head blow dryer(or just simply blow dry).
