Us Hair Straighteners Will Work In Australia?
    Hi,

I have a long thick black wavy hair(typical indian hair).
My hair looks messy the day I wash, and looks better the day after(looks more straight)
Is Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ion Flat Iron (1-3/4") suitable for my kind of hair?
Also, i live in australia, is this straightener good to use with the voltage difference?
    Please advise.

    thanks
    prathy

Solia Ceramic Ion Flat Iron ( 1 3/4")
I just ordered the solia ceramic iron (1 3/4"). I want to know if when I use it to straighten my hair, can also use it to make the ends of my hair curl a little bit?Is it just used solely to straighten hair?

That could be due to a number of things:1) You might need to increase your temperature setting on the flat iron. 2) Your hair could be lacking moisture therefore you would need to do some deep conditioning and hot oil treatments or 3) You ends could be in need of a trimming.

      Damaged Hair?
wash and DEEP condition, let it soak for atleast 3 minutes and then rinse well.
before straightening your hair, first use a heat protecting spray. and chi oil. blow dry your hair, running fingers through and blowing DOWNWARD. this makes hair smoother.
when straightening your hair, you may need to flip your head over and get as close to your roots as possible with the flat iron, then once the roots aren't so wavy, style the rest of your hair. after that; try CHI straightening oil and pull your fingers from root to tip.
      GOODLUCK.

      Roots And Ends
You can use an after treatment like Biosilk Silk Therapy after straightening with the flat iron. You may want to choose a smaller plate like 1" which will work better on roots.
