You should definitely buy this iron. It is the best, in my humble opinion, it's better than the CHI. It glides on your hair so smoothly and doesn't leave the burnt smell. I have never had any creases in my hair, or any snags. Mine recently broke because my toddler dropped it on the floor too many times (when cold), and I'm looking to get the same exact one again. I love it. Such great quality.

      Amazing Buy!!
I've had this flat iron since 08. THE BEST flat iron i have ever owned! Took me awhile to find one that i loved, but i've had this flat iron for 4 yrs now & have NO complaints what so ever. If you have any doubt, don't! I know it's hard trying to find the prefect flat iron, I paid 80 for mine when i first got it, i've turned all of my friends onto this flat iron. I have frizzy, naturally curly/wavy hair. I've went through so many flat irons just to have my hair look exactly like it does when i get out of the shower. My hair will stay perfectly straight up until the next time i shower. I would be lost without this flat iron in my life lol.

Buy it!!! I have two and I might buy a third! I love them and right now they are $59 dollars, such a bargain! I use this flat iron on my self (straight wavy hair), on my sisters (very curly hair) and on my mom (thick coarse hair) this does magic for all of our hair types. Hope this helps :)

      Solia Flat Iron.
I HAVE THIS VERY SAME FLAT IRON. I BOUGHT IT ALMOST 5 YEARS AGO AND IT STILL WORKS GREAT FOR SOMEBODY WHOS DROPPED IT SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE HAD OTHER EXPENSIVE IRONS AND DRUGSTORE ONES THAT WERE PRETTY GOOD BUT THE LIFE EXPAND WAS THE PROBLEM IT WOULD LAST FROM 6 MONTH TO A YEAR. SO I WOULDNT TRADE THIS IRON FOR ANY OTHER ONE. FROM 1 TO 10 I GIVE IT A 10 BECAUSE IS THE BEST IRON I EVER USED.

ive bought two striaghteners from this site.. the chi and this solia. and the solia is my favorite. they only last about 2 1/2-3 years which is pretty good. i have medium curly thick hair so i need a good striaghtener not one from wally world. i would defineitly recommend this one.. and i am also buying this one again becuase mine just died after three years of daily use. also a good thing i found out about this striaghtener is that if you forget to turn it off its has an automatic shut off in like 2 hours or so. im not slure. so it doesnt leave burn marks on your counter.

    Size Difference
I was wondering the difference between the 1" and 11/4" flat iron?! I had the light pink 1" and loved it!! It lasted almost five years! I want a different color but i wonder if there is a difference in the 11/4" one's?!

    Which Flat Iron To Get?
My daughter tried someone's flat iron and it was a Sedu Pro-ionic. She loved it; however, her hair is not as curly as her friend's hair. I was looking to not spend quite as much. Do you know if she would be happy with the Solia flat iron instead?

      Yes (:
Yes, you actually can use it on damp hair. I read it some where under the straighteners description.
      Good Luck

      Wet To Dry
definitely not, if my hair is damp or when I spray heat protectant immediately before, it would smoke and smell like it's burning.
it can only be used when your hair is completely dry.
but it's an amazing flat iron I must say.
