I did take this flat iron for use in Thailand and surprisingly it worked! I did here soft buzzing noise when I plugged it in but i trusted that it was dual voltage and had no issues.

    No Voltage Selector
Unlike a dual voltage hair dryer which requires one to move a tab to select 125V or 250V this flat iron has no setting to select voltage. Therefore, I cannot find out in India if it works............

    Will Snag Your Hair!
I received the Solia mini styler for free as a promotion from folica.com and I was very disappointed. Yes, the mini is the perfect size but when I tried to use it my hair kept getting caught and snagging. It also barely straightened my hair. I am glad I did not actually pay for this product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

    Glove?
Why did this product come with some random glove in it?
What is the reason for the glove?

      The Reason For The Glove!
The reason for this glove is so that when the flat iron starts to heat up the top tends to get to hot that you're unable to touch it. So they give you a glove to protect your hand from any burns.

      Protection!
The glove is heat resistant so you will not burn your fingers :] You don't need to use it if you don't want to. You can use it for a curling iron without a clamp, if you really want to.

      Glove Is For Heat Protection.
It's so you can hold the straightener without getting burnt so yeah a heat protecting glove. It is really small though. I have reallyy small hands and it is small on me.
