    Time To Heat Up Question
My new iron takes 1 1/2 to get to 400 degrees. I thought it was supposed to take 25 seconds. Can anyone else comment on how long their iron takes? Wondering if mine is defective.

    Sedu Revolution 220v
    Dear Folica,

I would like to ask Sedu to make a 220v version of the Sedu Revolution for those who live outside of the US. I hope that they can also cater to all of us using this voltage. That should also include the hair dryer.

Please advise us when they are available. They don't even need to make one for every plug type, only that it can be use outside of US.

Works On Even The Most Coarse Hair.
I have coarse, natural, African American hair and this flat iron gets my hair bone straight with one pass. Sounds like your hair is a little finer than mine, so it should be work for you, also.

My Hair Looks Limp And Dry After Using This Iron
I have fine, wavy hair and I'm always left with this dry, limp look after I use my Sedu flat iron. This is the only iron I have ever purchased so I can't compare it to other tools but I I have to point out that my hair always looks healthy and shiny when I go to the hairdresser, so the products I use and my hair are not the problem. How do I avoid getting this result?
I would rally appreciate an answer.

      Response To Bria
Hi Bria, Thank you for your reply but I've already tried that. When I lower the heat then my hair doesn't straighten nicely and it gets frizzy. I'm already using a low heat setting, around 260. I've tried hotter and cooler settings and I'm just not getting results I'm 100% happy with.

Response To: My Hair Looks Limp And Dry After Using This Iron
      Hi Jiji,
try a lower heat setting. My hair looks the same when i had it at like 400, so i tried it at 310 and now it isn't dull and lifeless. So yea just try a lower heat setting :)

    Sedu And Heat Protectant
I'm looking at purchasing the Sedu Revolution. This will be my first flat iron ever and thought this may be a silly question, I was wondering if it would be all right to use a heat protectant on my hair and then the flat iron? Will the Sedu be harmed by the protectant?

Yes! Heat Protectant Is A Must.
ALWAYS use heat protectant. It will not harm your flat iron or any other heated tool. Make sure you give the product a few seconds to dry before you apply the flat iron to your hair. Don't want burn your hair.
