Vitamin E Probably Does Not = Cancer
This is a great question. You will find tocopheryl acetate in many products - food, hair care, skin care, etc. Tocopheryl or (tocopherol) is a form of vitamin E, which some surmised was linked to an increased incidence of cancer. Research does not support that hypothesis at this time, however, even if vit E causes cancer, it would have to be in high dosages and most likely absorbed through the dermis or peristalsis.

In plain english, if you put a small amount on your hair, no harm is likely to come to you.

Yes you can apply this to dry hair or to damp hair which will be air dried. This will control frizz and leave hair shiny.
