Folica Hair ExpertNot Dual VoltageNo, this iron is not dual voltage and also does not have a European plug. Sedu carries a number of 1 1/2" flat irons with various plug types depending on the exact country you are located.Apr 6, 2012Link to this post

JesseyType Of Hair? What type of hair can this flat iron take? What hair type is best for this? Because I was just wondering if thick, thin, fine, coarse etc. hair can work. So basically, what kind of hair works best with this falt iron? That sort of thing. Thanks!Reply to this post
PS: I have thick hair. The top layers of my hair are soft and wavy, but the bottom layers are coarse, wispy and extremely curly.Aug 12, 2010Link to this post-
RachelNot Worth Your MoneyI bought this iron and works decent for me. I have inbetween thick and thin hair, but i do not recommend this straightner. It does DAMAGE your hair, less than a conair would but more than a solia ( i have tried solia and conair as well). It takes forever to straighten, like 40 min, and probably longer for you cus you have thick hair. I say you should spend 30 more bucks to buy a solia, its worth the extra cash.Sep 28, 2010Link to this post

RachaelTemperatureHow high does the temperature go on the Remington Shine Therapy Conditioning straightener?Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post

Everyday UsageTo turn it on, press and hold down the power button. Raise or lower the temperature in 20 degree increments by pressing the plus or minus sign buttons. While heating up, the screen flashes. The straightener will beep and its screen will stop flashing when it is completely heated up. I suggest you lock the temperature because it is easy to bump the buttons when you are holding the straightener. To do so, press and hold down the minus button and a lock symbol will appear on the screen. To unlock it, press and hold down the minus button again. If you are packing it for travel, hold the straightener closed and turn the knob at its base to the locked position and it will stay shut. I hope you love your straightener as much as I do!Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post
