  • Prevent Water Reservoir Leaks
When I first received my Maxiglide, I filled the entire reservoir with bottled water. This was a mistake as it caused it to leak while I ironed my hair. In order to prevent it from leaking, I recommend that you only fill the reservoir halfway with water. I also recommend that you iron your hair with the reservoir facing up as opposed to down in order to further prevent leakage. After following both of those tips myself, I experienced no more leaks on my Maxiglide whatsoever!

  • Using The Right Product And Gliding
The Maxiglide will do just what it was manufactured to do, which is to straighten the hair. If youre not getting the desired look, check the product(s) you are using or try switching up. Also, be sure to use a heat protectant. Also, if you have really thick hair, dont glide too much hair at one time. It will indeed snag and possibly pull your hair.
