JudyHow To Make Curls With Hot Tools Helix Multi-function Iron?I get making the hair straight. But, when you make curls with the same tool do you just hold the hair ends between the two clamps, twirl it and hold? CindySandy UTIf you only want to flip under....you just slide it slowly down, but at the ends you slowly flip it completely a whole turn as you let the ends of the hair finally fall out.To set in round curls, you do as you already said, just curl it and hold it stationary for just a second, then release. Careful not to hold too long or youll burn your hair.Ribbon curls, you hold it stationary and vertical for a couple seconds.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post
