    Breaking Down
I know with all tech products, sometimes they just break down. To prevent this from happening to a good investment, like the HAI which I am seriously considering getting, what are some things to do to take good care of it? And why do they break down sometimes?

      Great Iron* - Shotty Chord..
I Have owned two of HAI Convertable Ceramic Flat Irons, and they both work so great! And did no damage to my fine hair* The only downfall is that this brand does have a reputation for poor electrical chords that short out after the first year... This time I think I will try a Solia..

    Solia Vs. Hai
Im trying to decide between the solia and Hai convertable. I know the solia is a tourmaline iron so does this make it better? Any recommendations?
