EmilyUnited StatesWarrantyI purchased this product 3 years ago and registered it for the (lifetime) warranty. One of the ceramic panels has since cracked and I was hoping to exchange it or get it fixed, but can't seem to find the website or contact information for the company. Can anyone help?Reply to this post
