      Dual Voltage
This iron is not dual voltage. The link below features many dual voltage irons. http://www.folica.com/shop-by/travel-shop/flat-irons Be sure to check in the specifications tab of each product page to confirm that the iron is dual voltage. Hope this helps.

    Help!!temp Too Low . . .
My croc iron only heats to 230 degrees. When I received the iron there was an instruction card which explained how to turn the temperature up to 430 degrees. I lost this card and would like to know if anyone can help me. I love this croc, but need to increase the temperature.

      Changing From Celsius To Fahrenheit
I think your "problem" is that it's set to Celsius, not Fahrenheit. My little "booklet" that came with mine says, "To change the temperature setting from Celsius [230] to Fahrenheit [450]. If [230] appers on the display screen, then the temperature is set to Celsius. To change back to Fahrenheit: 1. Turn off your flat iron and unplug from electrical socket. 2. Then plug the iron back into the electrical socket. 3. Press and hold down the HIGH button, then press ON/OFF button. An "F" will appear on the digital screen. Your device is now in Fahrenheit mode." In other words, the max temp is still the same, just the display method is different.

      From Celcius To Fahrenheit
when you plug in your iron, your going to press the power button as well the the increase temp button at the very same time. Once you do this you will see a blinking "F" letting you know it is back to Fahrenheit.
