    What's The Temp?
Hi, do you know what temp the iron gets? There isn't a temp gauge, just and on/off switch.

      Your Chi Iron
The iron get's hotter the longer you leave it there. The highest temperature for CHI Flat Irons is 365 degrees. When the light goes on and off, it means that it is ready for use-one tip: it isn't fully heated, so if you want your hair to be done faster, leave it out for at least 2-3 minutes after the LED light goes on and off.

the temp is HOT! Its the only straightener I can find that does the trick for my hair, I just dropped mine for probably the 100th time on accident and it finally broke after about 5 years! its a champ! It was a sad day when it didnt work anymore

    What's The Temp?
Hi, I have this flat iron and have been having problems with my hair being burnt on the ends, or at least that is what my stylist thinks is happening. She asked what temp I had my iron on and of course I don't know since this only has an on/off switch. Does anyone know how hot this gets??

I've heard and seen your hair being curled very well with chi ceramic flat iron.....is it good for curling hair as well as straightening your hair?

    Help!!!!
Hi, I have a small budget of 100.00 to spend on a new flat iron... I have been using the cheap Revelon flat irons for so long and I want something different! I have been thinking about getting the chi, Ozon, or the Sedu. I have used a Paul Mitchell before and I liked it but its to much money... I am confused about which one I should buy.
I have thick hair and it's slightly wavy...

I am not sure what to do, I heard a lot of good things about the chi brand. I don't know anything about Flat irons so please help me!!!!!

Don't Go With Either Of Those...
Go with a Solia! Solia's are the best! They're cheaper than a Chi and can run circles around them! My hair is really curly yet very fine so I know it's hard to find a good flat iron. Go with a Solia!!!

      Chi For Sure.
I just got another CHI today because my last one finally died, but it lasted me 9 years, TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE! I also happen to have thick wavy hair and have always loved my CHI, and was never satisfied if I borrowed a straightener from a friend. so I'd say go for the CHI, you wont regret it.

ive had a chi straightner for about three years now and i absolutley love it. im most likely going to jinx my self right now but a chi is deffinatly worth the money. it will last you along time and works great i had a conair straightner and it burned out it about three months so i would pay for it
