Hayley...I would try the Sedu. It's better than the CHI, some say, and I've watched videos and read tons of reviews. The Amika ruins your hair..I know some people who have it who got horrible split ends from getting it. If you don't want the Sedu, then I would get the CHI.

Merrill RobichaudWarenty RepairI love my amika hair straightener, however the plates have chipped and it has stopped heating up. It is not that old and I no longer have the receipt, and I would like to have it repaired under warranty. P.S. I love your products, and my friends and I all use them together!Reply to this postFeb 25, 2010Link to this post

Use The Amika Serumsome people say tht it gives terrible split ends, well yes it does. I use personally tresemme heat protectant and herbal esssences leave in split end protector. But i found out that the Amika Replenishing Serum is what relly stops ur hair from getting those aweful split ends. Exept for the fact tht it is terribly expensive, its what it is. Also, the 2 in 1 spray only i think $15 right now on folica is wat holds ur hair the best. :)Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post
