My Question: Is This The Extent Of "advice" And "q&a" Indicative Of Correct Use Of This Tool?
I have browsed entire site and these are the instructions for use that I found : "A perfect skin care tool with thin angled loop to roll out mature whiteheads and a flat side to press out blackheads.Product Features: Presses out blackheads Rolls out whiteheads Stainless steel Flat side works to gently roll out mature whiteheads. Angled loop is designed to press out blackheads. Solid stainless steel. How to Use:First disinfect or sterilize tool. Use after steamy shower, facial sauna, or a hot towel to open pores. For whiteheads:Wait until the whitehead breaks open the skin. Then gently roll the wire over the whitehead. For blackheads:Press down the flat side directly over blackhead to gently remove. Disinfect area when finished.Care: Clean with cotton and alcohol.Warnings & Precautions:Do not squeeze out whiteheads or blackheads with your fingers. You can aggravate the problem and damage the skin.Product Reviews and Rating:"However the customer reviews consisted of 23- many negative, but others far from explanatory- while Q&A had zero. I dont want to bitch- but some demonstrative instruction obviously would be appreciated or the company should STOP making bucks off people when unguided use is abundant. Show some pictures for the simpletons like myself. PLEASE!

To the user who said they couldnt extract their whiteheads...its not the tool that doesnt work. Whiteheads are closed clogged pores that need to be removed by a dermatologist or an esthetician (depending on what state you live in as the tool needed is not permitted in all states) A lancet must be used to first pop the top off the whitehead and then it can be squeezed out. To those of you who say it doesnt remove anything...make sure you are steaming your skin thoroughly first! Either 10 minutes under a steamer or use a steamed wet towel and work a section at a time...I LOVE this tool. Think it works great when used properly!
