Folica Hair ExpertApplicationThis product is easy to apply by yourself however you'll need help applying it on some hard-to-reach areas (like your back). The trick to self tanners is to just apply a little bit and then wait to see how it looks on your skin. As you get comfortable with the way a thin layer looks, you’ll figure out how much more to layer on to get the perfect tan. I have pale skin as well and I use self tanners all the time. When trying a new self tanner, I start with just one layer on the first day. On the second or third day, I layer on again and wait to see how it looks throughout the day.
