TerryLake Mary, FLLacquerWhat color did you use? I have never had any problem with the polish drying, though it can take a while. I use the Nail Strengthener and Growth Formula as a base coat, 2 coats of color applied about an hour apart and then 2 coats of no-chip top coat applied an hour or so after that. I mostly use Jetstream with a little bit of Ruby Pumps mixed in to give it less transparency and a bit of glitter.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post

AlisonChesapeake, Virginia 23321If you have an Ulta store near you, check there. If you dont know if you happen to have the beauty store in a local area, go to ulta . com and find store locator on the top right section on the homepage. This store is huge and you re bound to find Awakening and other colors youve never heard of before. I hope you found this helpful.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post
