Is There Anyone That Can Offer Me Some Advice?
I am a bi-racial man that has always had naturally curly, but thin hair. I wanted to grow my hair out but have it straghtened somewhat as well so I used the one & only curl remover. The product actually works very well for what I was looking for. Most of my hair is pretty much straight with some loose wave to it but it is exactly what I was looking for. My BIG question for anyone out there that can help me out is, what different hair products can I use on my hair now for styling? I currently use a garnier fructus surf hair wax that works ok but it builds up and becomes flaky in between washes and I definitely do not want that. I want to be able to have control so that I can still style it without stiffness, flaking, or hardening that comes with most gels and waxes. So, now I have loose wavy to straight hair and it is still pretty thin which forces me to have to use some sort of product in it. That is fine with me, but what products are available in order to get what I am looking for?

Don't use garnier fruitcis products, I've had the same issued with almost all of their products becoming flaky after about 6-8 hours. I've also heard those products can deplete the natual moisture in your hair.

As far as other products go, it really depends on what you're going for when you style your hair. If you're looking for more volume I'd reccomend panete volumizing spray & gel. If you're looking for completely straight hair I'd get a flat iron and some starting products such as TIGI bedhead or CHI.

Styling After Using The Curl Remover
So I used the product last night and it worked great. I know you're not supposed to wash it, put it in ponytails, braids, buns, etc. for 48 hours. Can I still use a low heat curling iron within the 48 hours?

How Long Do You Wait Between Applications?
I just posted a review, but have a question for any experienced users out there. I used the product a month ago on just the underneath portion of my hair. I did notice some relaxation but not as much as I had hoped for. I would like to try and use it again, but not sure how long I really need to wait to do it again. I am also considering doing the entire head, versus just the underneath section (this section is not colored). I bought the Tinted version. Should I purchase the regular version for underneath my hair where it is not colored? Is it ok to leave product on hair longer than it is recommended at 5 minute intervals?
