How To Take Hard Wax OffI have not used this product, but I am an esthetician and I can wax. You are using a hard wax, which you dont use the muslin strips with. Use a popsicle stick to apply, then leave the end of the wax turned up a little so you have something to pull. Then, pull straight back, not up as is the tendency. Then immedialty apply pressure with your other hand to the area. Hope it helps!Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post

Make Your Pull Tab BiggerIf you are worried about having a big enough "pull tab" to start your pull with, just gently tug the still slightly warm wax long-ways gently then press the wax flatter with your fingers to make a slightly bigger pull tab. Wait briefly for the wax to cool enough then hold the skin taut and quickly remove the wax as instructed.Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post

Minimize The PainWaxing hurts. But I think you can minimize the pain. Just take a couple of ibuprofens or drink a glass of wine before you start. Play some soothing music, set aside 2 hours for the process, and burn some scented candles. Use a mirror. Wax small sections at a time. Try to figure out the direction your hair grows put the wax on in the same direction it grows and pull the wax off in the opposite direction. Dont wax right before your period comes on--your more sensitive.Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post

Easy RemovalImmediately after applying the wax, use the edge of the small applicator to flick up around 1/4 inch at the bottom of the applied strip. When the wax has cooled enough for removal, grip the flicked up portion of the strip and pull against the hair growth. This should remove the wax easily and painlessly. This tip really helps so if anyone is having problems with getting the wax off when cooled, please try it. This is a great product once you have got the hang of it so dont give up!Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post

AdviceHonestly, if you want a good, painless suggestion....heres advice from the biggest pain chicken youll ever meet! First, I suggest getting a few waxes from a professional first.....WHY? Because 1 you can generally drink at these places....some wine or shots (pls have a DD) and 2 because they do it in about 30 minutes as opposed to you the first timer taking 3 hours with bald spots. 3, because after 3 waxes, your bikini hair is thinner & easier to wax. And 4 because you can WATCH what they are doing, how they are doing it and how long they leave the strip on, etc After two or three waxes from a professional, you should have a good base to do it yourself......its the BEST way to start!Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post
