    Where Is The Dryer Manufactured?
I've used the T3, Chi and other pricey dryers but am interested in possibly taking hte next step to the Prive. Does anyone know where this hair dryer is made? I hope for this price...NOT China!

    Are U Guys Crazy?!
The manufactuer's have lost their mind--Unless this dryer can do housecleaning and laundry, I wish I would speed $700 on a blow-dryer, Sedu or otherwise!

Lol Nope Not Crazy But Crazy For The Sedu Prive Dryer
Hi Shirll .... in response to your " Are U guys crazy"? post, I agreed with you at first.
But let me tell you, Sedu offers a full money back guarantee if your not completely satisfied with this dryer. I ordered it based on their guarantee and I can tell you that I've felt pretty crazy buying the other expensive dryers till now. It doesn't clean the house lol but you will love the performance and out come of this dryer. I use to spend a good $50 a pop on a salon blow out but now I just do it in my bathroom. This dryer truly is amazing. With nothing to lose why not give it a shot. It dries your hair with a smooth, silky and controlled feel. The heat infuses moisture and it does lock it into your hair shaft. I know it sounds crazy but I can honestly say " I love it" , " wouldn't trade it for he world ". Since using this dryer I have been asked atleast 50 times who does my hair. I have to laugh each time i say " I do". My hair is medium length, color treated, and use to take about 15-20 minutes to dry with a round brush. The Prive dries my hair in less than 4 minutes, almost so smooth and straight i barely need to run the hot iron through it. If you've got the $550. to spend up front, try it out. you can always return it hassle free. They will even pay the shipping to return it. That's how sure they are you will love it. Recently my husband and I took a trip to NYC. I had the luxury of getting my hair cut at a top rated salon and the Prive dryer is what the stylist used. He told me I could only buy it if I were a licensed stylist but I simpy laughed and advised it's currently sitting in my bathroom. At that price I wouldn't dare load it into luggage. I love it and felt crazy at first but what the heck. As a mother of 2 children, full time Surgical Rep, and a great wife I deserve to splurge once :)

    Comb Attachment
A comb attachment would be nice. Tempting....but without a comb attachment I'll pass.

Update On First Impression-happier Than Ever!
This hairdryer is very light. If you have any issues with your wrists, it will not disappoint.I know that hairdressers can appreciate it, but for those of us who style our own hair- it is a Godsend- especially when reaching behind the head with a round brush to style our hair. At nearly 60, I am not as strong as I used to be- so suspending a dryer over, around and behind my head was getting to be a problem before I found this dryer. The new type of motor does not make the ear splitting noise that some dryers make either. The true test of a dryer's speed is not just on "clean hair"- it is on clean hair with product in it. Any of the straightening products I have used seemed to double the drying time for me- but not with the Icon Prive.

I even took it with me traveling. With no time to spare, it helped me look my best and be on time. Yes- I was careful packing it, and yes I was scared to take it, but I am so glad I did.

I have owned this dryer for a month now. I am more thrilled with it than I was the first few days. I no longer loathe the time it takes to get my hair dry and get going. I have no buyer's remorse. Finally I can stop looking for the perfect Hairdryer. I now own it.

I have to add that it was the help I got on the phone that made this decison happen. Folica has the most helpful staff- something you just can't always find with internet shopping. I wish I could remember her name to thank her. She wasn't pushy about this- she was simply helpful.
