NicoleSemi Perm Or Perm?I have heard great things about the product but no one can really tell me if it is a perm or semi perm. My concern is that like a perm color product, it will damage my relaxed hair. Can someone tell me if it is just the amonia that in fact makes a product "perm" versus "semi" perm??Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post

ShariColor Too DarkI used the Bigen Medium Chesnut last night, left it on for only ten minutes and today, my hair looks as if I dyed my hair jet black! What can I use to lift the color? Can I use the Bigen Xpressives?Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post

Curious TjWhat Are The Ingredients For This Product?I have searched the box and all the contents within the box to see what the ingredients are within each product, however non are listed. I can clearly see through many other postings and the contents that this product does not contain ammonia or hydrogen peroxide so then what does it contain??? It seems like maybe if we can discover what this product is made of then maybe that will determine why the results seem to be turning out jet black or darker than the original color being sought after, whether it takes place over time or instantly.I have purchased a box of light chestnut brown but I am not willing to consider using a product that does not list what is in it, the risk is to high…Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post

RinaMDWhat Are The Ingredients For This Product?I dont know what the ingredients are either, but I certainly understand your concern. I bought the #45 chocolate but Im afraid to use it, as it seems everyones hair comes out too dark. I bought #45 because I thought the lower would be a lighter color. Im thinking #46, which is "light chestnut" might NOT necessarily be lighter than "chocolate" because its number is higher.Still havent used this product, as I, under no circumstances want "darker" hair.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post

JheriUn-naturally Dark!Hi!For the first time I use Bigen # 59 (brown/black). My hair came out un-naturally black. In fact it looks like I might have put black powder in my hair because their is no shine. It looks so un-natural, i am considering cutting it. It didnt look that way on testing. I am so embarassed. Are there any other solutions?Reply to this postJan 19, 2010Link to this post
