PaulinaHelp PleaseI naturally have blond hair. I wanted to go light brown.. at first my hairdresser put a semi permanent color in my hair. I was not happy with the results because my hair came out with a lot of red in it. Next I had my hair died a it darker brown with a permanent color. I really just want to go back to blond. What will the hair color remover do to my hair will it bring it back to blond? ?Reply to this postDec 1, 2010Link to this post

AudreyUsing Colorfix Again? My natural haircolor is a very light blonde, almost platinum and I recently dyed it a dark caramel brown that ended up turning almost black. I liked it, but grew tired of it in about a month and wanted to be blonde again. I know how hard it is to get my shade of blonde so I'm just trying and hoping for a light gold. I left that color in for about a month and a half total and just used Colorfix tonight. It got the color down to a very light shade of golden brown or a very dirty blonde (I can't really tell which) I skipped the processing lotion because I didn't want to risk it darkening up again and just washed and washed with several different kinds of shampoo, including a clarifying one.Reply to this post
I had half a bottle left over so I went ahead and did it all again but it didn't really lighten it very much. So I'm wondering, if I were to go ahead and use another application of the Colorfix tomorrow would my hair lighten anymore or would it just stay about the same color it is now?
Also, I have a packet of Ardell's Red/Gold Color Corrector, would it be safe to add this to the Colorfix to help get rid of some of the red/orange color or would it be better to wait until I use my blonde dye?Oct 23, 2010Link to this post -
AndieLas Vegas, NVToo Dark And Too Red - Help! Two days ago I colored my hair. It was a light ash blonde over my natural dark ash blonde previously, and I wanted a light brown with red highlights. Unfortunately I chose a shade from Wella at Sally that turned my hair bright red with very dark brown mixed in. It looked horrible, so I went back yesterday. I considered buying the One'n Only color removal product but was told by the sales lady that it could turn my hair green, and that instead I should try Clairol demi permanent dark brown shades 6N-8N. This I did and now I have very dark brown hair with some red all over but moreso on the top. I hate this too, of course. I want to know what I can do to remove this horrible color and end up with my natural color or a close shade, and then color it light brown, if possible.Reply to this post
