TarynOrder Of Processwhat is the best order to use these products in? I just order my first CHI (love it btw) along with Chis silk infusion and this thermal polishing spray. SamanthaYour AnswerI work with chi, and it doesn't really matter what oder you use the, in, but I prefer to use silk infusion , spray a little of the spray style my hair as usual them finish it by spraying.Oct 8, 2012Link to this post

AnonymousOmaha, NEThis is what I do:After I get out of the shower, I brush my hair gently with a wide tooth comb (to prevent breakage) and then I smooth a small amount of CHI silk infusion all over, focusing on the ends. After that, I let it air dry. When its dry, I spray a small amount of CHI Shine Infusion Thermal Polishing Spray on my hair, again, focusing on the ends. I straighten my hair as usual, and when Im done, I finish off with a little more of the Shine Infusion Spray.Feb 25, 2010Link to this post

ShawanaLittle RockI NORMALLY WASH AND CONDITION MY HAIR...LET IT AIR DRY, THEN FLAT IRON WITH THE CHI. AFTER I HAVE FINISHED FLAT IRONING MY HAIR I SPRAY JUST A LITTLE BIT OVER MY WHOLE HEAD OF HAIR WHILE HOLDING MY HEAD DOWN AND HAIR FLIPPED DOWN. USUALLY IF YOU JUST TOUSLE IT WITH YOUR FINGERS AFTER YOU HAVE SPRAYED IT, IT WORKS WONDERS!!!! dONT SPRAY TOO MUCH THOUGH; YOU ONLY NEED A LITTLE BIT;-)Feb 25, 2010Link to this post

FlammableI saw that someone mentioned that its weird that the manufacturer recommend you use this product with a Chi straightener but dont use with heat b/c its flammable. With regard to this comment, its advised that you use this spray with a ceramic hair straightener but do NOT put it in heat itself (i.e. fire, on a stove, light it with a match). it its a spray then it contains an ingredient thats volatile hence an alcohol derivative itself, which are all flammable if added to an open fire (not if used with a straightening tool).Reply to this postJan 11, 2010Link to this post
