Is It Ok To Use This Everyday? (:
I'm thinking about using this everyday to naturally curl my hair using velcro rollers/and heat and I was wondering If that would be "healthy" for my hair?

      Dime Size
My hair is color treated, fine and just past my shoulders. I use a dimes size on my hair and use most of the product on my ends. If your hair is thicker and less likely to get product build up, I think you could use 50% more and be ok.
