I have natural, unrelaxed 4a type hair. I'm really looking for a method of getting my hair to resist humidity after i straighten it and to make it extra silky smooth and flowy. Kim B.MissouriWill It Clog Pores?My hairdresser uses silk infusion on my hair before she uses a flat iron on it, and it makes my hair very soft and smooth, so I bought some. However, I have been hesitant to use it at home for fear that it will clog my pores. I use Nioxin on my hair and products for clogged pores on my face. I have very oily skin and a long history of acne, etc. I'm trying to clear up my skin, and am wondering if anyone has noticed if silk infusion clogs their pores. How To Use ItI use this after I get out of the shower and I towel dry. I apply a small nickel size amount into the palms of my hands and apply it into my hair. Brush wet hair, then proceed to put any other products in the hair that you may use.
