    Correct Sizing
How to measure my current iron exactly? Not the smallest but not sure if inch or 3/4 inch.

The size refers to the diameter of the curling iron. Therefore you can take a ruler and measure exactly the diameter of the rod.

    Does Not Work!
I bought the 1.5 inch thinking it would work best on my thick, coarse hair. Well, I was wrong. I might have ordered the wrong size, but this iron did not work at all!

    Too Hot
    Question

My instant heat is too hot for my short hair style. On the settings I can go from 1 to 25. Which setting should I be on so I would not feel like it is burning my hair? Also, when do I use the Turbo setting. I would like to use this curling iron, but, everytime I get it out to try I find it just too hot.
