Hot Tools Anti-Static Ionic Travel Hair Dryer
Guaranteed Authentic
Dual Voltage
I am currently studying abroad to a country that works on 220 V and the dual-voltage hair dryer I originally brought with me burnt to a crisp despite being on the 220 V setting. This dryer says dual voltage. Can I assume that it means it works also at 220 V? Are there any guarantees it will work in the other voltage?
