Use Pressure When Removing With Cotton, Use Vitamin E Oil Afterwards
Andrea Facial Hair Remover is great if you know how to use it. Ive used it for years. I have dark brown hair and a very light complexion skin color so it really shows up on my face. My skin is super sensitive to practically all products - just ask my dermatologist! So, Heres what I do: Moisten my face with a warm wet washcloth. Apply the hair remover. I leave it on for 6 minutes exactly. 8 minutes is too much - it would take off a layer of skin on my face. By the time the 6 minutes is up, its started to burn a little, so be ready with your warm wet cotton squares. When you start wiping the stuff off, you have got to use some pressure with the cotton squares. By the second and third wipes of an area, you will see lots of hair on the cotton pad. Using pressure when wiping with the warm wet cotton pads is very important. Since youre only leaving it on for 6 minutes, the hair is slightly resistant to wiping off, which is why more pressure is needed. If you want the hair to come off with gentle wiping, youd need to leave it on for 8 minutes, but you risk removing a layer of skin and then your face is extremely red and irritated. After Im done wiping the hair and remover off, I wipe my face with a clean warm wet washcloth to make sure no remover is left on my skin. Then while my face is slightly wet, I apply Vitamin E Oil instead of the skin conditioner in the box. Make sure you get Vit E Oil in an bottle or capsules that you can split open - dont use lotions with Vit E. Try to leave the Vit E Oil on there about 24 hours - no makeup please. By the next day your face will be smooth as silk.
