Directions
Place a dime-sized amount of Silk Therapy between your palms and rub
together. Then apply evenly from your roots to your ends. You can use this
treatment on wet or dry hair as often as necessary.

Okay! First of let me ask for the biosilk, silk therapy/cure, is the base watery suppose to be watery ? Just because I had bought this product before a while back maybe like 6 years ago and it seemed oily and like a serum! I just bought mine today at a local walgreens .
