Conditioner?

I'm looking for a great conditioner, and this caught my eye. My question is: is this more of a styling cream or a leave-in conditioner, or both?

I just don't want to weight my hair down by applying conditioner in the shower & then the tonic again afterwards.

Then again, I don't want my hair to dry out by applying a styling cream with no conditioner.
