I squirt it in my hand and rub it through out my hair. then I comb may hair. I let it sit for a few minutes while I brush teeth etc. Then I blow dry it and run my flat iron through my hair. From start to finish it takes me 14 minutes, and with out it, it takes me 10 minutes to blow dry it. It works great on my hair.

Ok when i use this i simply towel dry my hair and when i'm getting ready to blow dry my hair i squirt some in my hands rub it threw my hair from root to tip. Also while i'm blow drying it when the roots of my hair get dry and the ends are still wet i put some more on and continue 2 blow dry my hair. This stuff can really work well if you use it right! =]
