30 Day Return for Refund Policy

Folica wants you to love your hair and your hair products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.

For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return:

  1. Complete the return form provided with your order, or download another copy - [pdf] or [doc].
  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).

  4. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.

Warranty Replacement Policy

We will honor the original manufacturer's warranty for all items purchased from Folica. If you experience problems with an item, fill out our Warranty Replacement form using the instructions below. Please note that we do charge a small fee to cover the replacement of your item, this fee also includes shipment of the new item back to you.

Folica stands behind every product we sell and we honor all original manufacturers' warranties. For all electrical appliances we offer complete protection. If you experience any problem with an item purchased from us and it's still under the warranty period, all you have to do is fill out our Warranty Replacement form (instructions below), send us the items plus a small shipping and handling fee and we will take care of the rest. We'll replace your item with a new product or a Folica Certified Refurbished product

What does Folica Certified Refurbished mean?

When Folica refurbishes an item, our expert technicians test the product, repair it (if necessary) and run numerous quality assurance inspections on each item to ensure that the product works as well as a brand new item. Once the quality assurance process is complete (we're obsessive), items are sterilized, re-packaged and marked as refurbished.

A Folica Certified Refurbished product is covered through the end of the warranty period from the date of your original purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a refurbished item for any reason, you can contact fcs@folica.com

Please note: Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase; receiving a replacement item does not extend your warranty period.

If we no longer carry the item you'd like to replace, our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you find a comparable alternative.

Our Warranty Replacement fee covers shipping and handling for your replacement item. Canadian and other international customers may be subject to additional duties and taxes according to the laws of your country.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:

  1. E-mail fcs@folica.comand let them know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information.
  2. Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from UPS or USPS.
  3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Folica at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
