If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time.

We only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging.

If you would like to return an order :

  1. Complete the return form provided with your order, or download another copy - [pdf] or [doc].
  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).
  3. Address your package to:

  4. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.

Final sale items cannot be returned and are not eligible for any other Folica promotions.


Damaged Shipment 

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:

  1. E-mail cs@folica.comand let them know what happened; don't forget to include your order number and contact information.
  2. Within 24 hours of receipt, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from UPS or USPS.
  3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Folica at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
