Promotions Policy

Promotions and promotion codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Also, promotional codes will not be honored beyond the stated expiration date.

Folica reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion and its terms & conditions without notice.

Price Match Terms & Exclusions:

  1. Price Match applies only to online retailers that have the identical product in-stock.
  2. Price Match requests must be submitted to Customer Service within 10 days of purchase.
  3. Price Match comparisons are based on TOTAL price, which includes product cost plus charges for shipping, handling and taxes. Excludes gift with purchase.
  4. Folica only sells new, genuine products; we do not accept comparisons on remanufactured, refurbished or counterfeit products.
  5. Excludes sale and promotional prices.

NOTE: Folica does not accept Price Match comparisons from classified sites such as Craigslist, auction sites like eBay or other unauthorized resellers.

Folica stands behind the authenticity of everything we sell. All of our merchandise is brand new and guaranteed to be authentic.

Folica goes to great lengths to ensure that our items are 100% authentic. We work with reputable suppliers to ensure that we only sell authentic, fresh, new merchandise. We complete a 5 Point Quality Inspection for all products that arrive in our warehouse and we stand behind every sale with our no hassle 30 Day Return Policy.

Additionally, we offer our replacement Warranty policy. For a small processing fee, Folica will accept a damaged appliance and in turn will ship you out a brand new replacement or a Folica Certified Refurbished item. Our Warranty policy saves you the hassle of mailing in cards and registering products, provides broader coverage than most manufacturers (we only exclude normal wear and tear), and is available for all appliances purchased at Folica.com.

Warranty Replacement Policy

We will honor the manufacturer's warranty for all items purchased from Folica. If you experience problems with an item, fill out our Warranty Replacement form using the instructions below and we will take care of the rest. Please note that we do charge a small fee to cover the repair or replacement of your item, this fee also includes shipment of the new item back to you.

Folica stands behind every product we sell and we honor all manufacturers' warranties. For all electrical appliances we offer complete protection. If you experience any problem with an item purchased from us and it's still under the warranty period, all you have to do is fill out our Warranty Replacement form (instructions below), send us the items plus a small shipping and handling fee and we will take care of the rest. We'll repair or replace your item with a new product or a Folica Certified Refurbished product

What does Folica Certified Refurbished mean?

When Folica refurbishes an item, our expert technicians test the product, repair it (if necessary) and run numerous quality assurance inspections on each item to ensure the product works as well as a brand new item. Once the quality assurance process is complete to our obsessive standards, items are sterilized, re-packaged and marked as refurbished.

A Folica Certified Refurbished product is covered through the end of the warranty period from the date of your original purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a refurbished item for any reason, you can contact fcs@folica.com.
