Changing or Canceling Orders

Unfortunately, our warehouse processes orders so quickly that we can't change or cancel an order once it's been placed. On the bright side, we regularly deliver your orders faster than expected. If there's a problem with your order, please contact Customer Service, at 1-888-919-HAIR (4247).

Backorders

Sometimes we offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order the backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as we can.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the backordered items come back into stock.

Placing your First Order

Placing an order on Folica.com is easy.

To Shop:

  • Find the items you want.
  • Add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button in the Quick Shop window or on the item's full page.
  • You can remove an item from your cart by clicking the "remove" link located on the right side of the shopping cart.
  • You can change the quantity of items in your cart by change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and your cart will update right away.
  • To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping".
 

To Check Out:

  • Click the "Secure Checkout" button in the shopping cart. If you are a registered customer, sign in with your email address and password. If not, you can check out as a guest or you will have the option to register during checkout.
  • Address Setup: If you are not a registered customer, enter your Shipping Address and click Continue.
  • Shipping: Choose where to ship your order and how you would like it to be shipped. Enter your payment information. Click "Continue Checkout".
  • Order Summary: This is your last chance to review your order before you click "Complete Your Order".
  • Order Confirmation: When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, within a few hours.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers. Also, promotional codes will not be honored beyond the stated expiration date.

Price Matching

Folica offers consistently competitive prices on the best brands. To make sure we're giving you the best deal, we offer our Low Price Guarantee. If you recently shopped with Folica and find an identical product for less somewhere else, let us know and we'll refund you the difference.

Price Match Terms & Exclusions:

  1. Price Match applies only to online retailers that have the identical product in-stock.
  2. Price Match requests must be submitted to Customer Service within 10 days of purchase.
  3. Price Match comparisons are based on TOTAL price, which includes product cost plus charges for shipping, handling and taxes. Excludes gift with purchase.
  4. Folica only sells new, genuine products; we do not accept comparisons on remanufactured, refurbished or counterfeit products.
  5. Excludes sale and promotional prices.

NOTE: Folica does not accept Price Match comparisons from classified sites such as Craigslist, auction sites like eBay or other unauthorized resellers.
