this is easy, and works very well. Much less mess than the kind of wax you melt and use a popsicle stick with. Why didnt someone invent this years ago!!. Keep it in stock forever!!!
too geasy

The roll on is not asell designed as the Nair brands..it spills over the microwave because of lack of a tight seal. Also the wax is too sugary...

This product really works but since I used an old microwave I had to hit it up many times because it was not fluid enough, but I think with a new microwave the time on the instructions it's pretty accurate. The only problem with this product is that is not washble with water, so sometimes if you have some wax left on your legs that you can't pull with the strip cloth it's hard to get it off. I also think that the package should have more strip cloths.
Very Clean and Easy!

The product worked very well, and the oil provided made for easy clean-up.

It is indeed Clean and Easy. It took me 15 minutes to do both my legs, from top to bottom. If you follow the instructions, the hair comes off easy, put on the oil all over afterwards to get the wax off, and have smooth skin for weeks.
My only advice - heat up regularly, and heat up just a bit longer than the instructions call for, even if you have to hold the bottle with a cloth - the hotter it is, the easier it rolls on (just don't burn yourself). Also, I would recommend to use cloth strips bought separately, the cloth stips provided sometimes break.
I've tried many, many different waxes - this one is the easiest, the fastest, the cleanest and the best smelling!
I LOVE IT!!!
easy and great when new

Against the cautions of the manufacturer, add a few seconds to the microwave time (my cruddy microwave?), don't burn yourself, let two bubbles come up after you invert the roller and off you go. "re-put" the papers down on areas where the wax doesn't come off at first. always rub in the direction of hair growth. Don't apply second waxing on freshly waxed skin. wait several days. Lots of pros don't get all the hairs at first. sometimes your hair just breaks off. rub in the conditioning oil and leave it on all day/night. New units work the best, so if you need more than one of these things every two months, order in bulk. i'm a cosmetologist and I love this thing.
Very pleased.

This is an excellent way to wax. Having been a waxer for five years, I have to say that this is the cleanest, most pain-free wax I've tried. Before using this product I anticipated the rawness and bumps that I ALWAYS experience right after waxing. However, the ingredients in the wax stick only to the hair, not the skin, needless to say you can go out in public right after using this product and your skin looks great. Wonderful for underarms. Only complaint: I would not recommend the wax remover in this line.
It smells better than the average wax.

It's OKAY. Not the best but certainly better than that GIGI wax. I got the green tea one and it smells better than any wax I've used. The only downside is it's not as good as the previous wax I used (aka it doesn't remove ALL the hair especially stuff like under your arms) but generally it does a good job. I'm not sure if it's just me, but it also seems to be less painful and also easier to remove with the wax remover. Other waxes seem like theyre stuck to you for days but this one removes rather well. Also...unlike regular wax, no dripping or anything so actually I do agree that it's cleaner.
The only real downside is like I said, for tough hair it's not as good, and after you heat it, the bottle gets REALLY HOT even if the wax is ready to be used so I had to always grab it with a papertowel.
HORRIBLE! Beware!

This is the worst waxing product I have EVER used! I wish I had read the reviews befre I wasted my money.
How sad is it when the application causes more pain than the actual removal of the hair?!?!?
The product does not come off completely so if you get this product, expect to have wax bits on your legs for days!
just my 2 cents!
A very good waxing product

Having read the mixed reviews posted, I decided to try this product myself. I had been using Clean & Easy products and wanted to be able to microwave without fear of melting the container. This prpoduct does the trick. It's a good, clean, reliable way to wax, not overly sticky or difficult to remove at all. If you are experienced at waxing, this product will make you happy; if you are not, you'll probably be flummoxed by any waxing product. My only criticism is the fragrance; I could do without the heavily perfumed, sweet and very artificial mango scent. It is NOT aromatherapy.

it removed my most of my arm hair....but it is SO STICKY! It took me hours to remove all the wax. Also, the wax did not easily spread over my arms.
What a WASTE!!!

I'm a professional and all I can say is this products is ridiculous. I bought this for my spa because I thought it would be faster and easier. It's neither one!!!! It does not go on smoothly, clogs to applicator after first application and dries way to quickly! It is horrible! The old fashioned way will have to do!!! A total waste of money!!!
Wax gets stuck in the roll-on

I've been going for professional waxing for years, so I know how it's done. Unfortunately the roll-on that this product offers is inadequate because the wax dries up in it and it clogs, making it very difficult for the fresh, hot wax to dispense. It is also impossible to clean. Not clean or easy!!
This shit sucks

I tried it and I had to put it in the mocrowave for a whole minute. Then it jammed the roll on deally and didnt get out a single hair. It hardened before I could even get it on my legs and then I couldnt get it off.

Excellent. I got the sensitive formula, cuz i figured why not, more sensitive form, the better, right? I was pleasantly pleased w/ the scent. Very nice. I don't have a microwave so i just put it in a pot of boiling water for about 4 minutes, when it was fairly liquified i rolled it over my legs..w/ ease! it was a thin layer, i wasn't sure how that would work out, but i put the strip on, pulled it off, and NO MORE HAIR! Awesome. My first time using anything other than the prefilled gel strip things. Better by far. I did both my legs in under 20 minutes. remember to use 1 strip for each half of leg, not to just keep using more. Excellent product, my legs are as hair free as when my local salon does it. They do it for $20, i did mine for $4 (the price divided by 2).

Of course the wax is not water soluable - it's wax!! Baby oil or any commercial product offered for wax removal will take any excess wax right off. The stickier the wax, the better hair removal and this product is great.

i couldn't get this stuff off of me after waxing. it's super sticky and NOT water soluble so you end up with a big mess!
