LOVE this product My fiance who does not notice anything, noticed the appearance of my face after only one day of use. It is so great, only thing is I wish refill last longer. Works way better than proactiv and it cost 40 or more a month. So it averages out to be better, anything that gets a compliment from my fiance is definetely worth it. I will use this forever. At the first sign of acne on my girls they will have one of these. I wish I had it when I was sixteen. THANK YOU to the manufacturer

Zeno, works. It works wonders for some people and shows nothing in others. It depends on the skin type. If your skin gets irritated easily, this probaly doesn't work for you. You may have to "Zap" your zit more than once. DO NOT "ZAP" MORE THAN 5 TIMES. this causes very bad irritation, and also may INFECT yes INFECT your zit even more. You will find the bad reviews on this item, is because the people have "zapped" their zits more than 5 times or have easily irritated skin. I warn you, even 5 times is a bit too much. For bad ones, use it about 2-4 times. Now I have noticed some of you have spent $200 on this item. I have found one that is $149 (plus tax) that you can "Zap" 60 times. Now a lot of people are right, this is kind of a scam for money. The refil cartridges are priced a bit too high. So anothere reason not to "Zap" more than 5 times. So try this product if you have the money. See for yourself! ^_^
Refill runs out too quickly

I tried it for about a month and a half now and it works on my small blemishes. (Doesn't work on medium to big zits) However, even though I used on average 5 zits per day, it already used up 2 refills plus one that came with zeno. Refill is about $25 or $35 (depending on where you buy). It is too expensive to maintain. I'm going to return the product and just use my Clarisonic Skin Care Brush. The brush is about $200 but it's totally worth it. It really cleans and takes away my dead skin cells, so I only get little blemishes here and there.
Too much money for what it does

I definitely think I spent $200.00 for nothing. I usually break out around my chin monthly but lately it seems like I can't get rid of my blemishes no matter what, so I decided to try Zeno. Well I tried it for about two weeks and followed the instructions to a "t" and guess what my blemishes are still there. I saw partial improvement on smaller ones, but on the bigger ones ( the ones that I can't wait for them to disappear) I saw very little improvement. I am returning it to get my money back and I think I am going to try the Lumiport acne pen which is suppose to use red and blue light, its less expensive and no refill cartridges to deal with. I hope that works better and if it doesn't then I'll simply have to return it since I am tired of wasting my money.

If you use the Zeno correctly for most acne it will clear it up. I get moderate acne from time to time and every time I get a pimple I pull out the Zeno and like magic it disappears quickly! Much faster then the old clearacil method I used as a teenager. Hey it may not work for everyone but it works incredible for me!

i bought zeno and i couldn't believe it. i had a zit above my lip, i applied zeno to it. and just like magic it was gone! sure it did leave it red but it was only for 15 minutes. hey i will take 15 minutes of redness instead of walking around all day with a big zit on my face anyday.
it works if used correctly

It does make the pimple smaller after one use. After 2 it makes it very close to going away. It makes a pimple go away in about 1 to 2 days instead of about a week. It tells you that you can not use this on cystic or blackheads. When you research this on the web it will tell you that.
Product works but refills are a money-making scam

I was skeptical when I purchased this product, but I must admit I do see a visible improvement with each pimple every time I use it. The problem with this product is that you spend $200 for 90 "zaps". Then the computer chip in the tip makes it stop working.
waste of time and money

I've tried everything! And it somewhat helps a little bit...sometimes, depending on the blemish. It's very uncomfortable to use, and it leaves the skin red where you used it for about 15 mins or so. In the next couple days, the skin around it became very flaky. I did not find though that it worked like a cortizone shot from the dermatologist like it says it does. It does not go down immediately like it says, and it does not work on severe or cystic acne. So if you have that don't even bother. You have to replace the cartridge head too after so many uses. Bottom line, it's NOT worth the money.
Zeno definitely helps!

I bought this for my teenager, and it really does minimize the appearance and duration of zits. Fewer zits = more confidence!!
Truth = Not Worth It!!! Save your $225.00!!

I followed the directions and the results were not that big of a deal. I have moderate acne with both cysts and pimples. I know that it is mainly supposed to prevent future breakouts by zapping the zit while it's still in its baby stage. The truth is, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt. The worst part is this, you can't use the device repeatedly if you have a lot of acne that is about to surface. So i could only zap like one or two zits a day. It's a kind of complicated procedure, cuz you have to repeat the zaps every so hours for like 2 or 3 min. Even worse, the device broke after only a few months use. If its the battery, i'm not buying a new one cuz it's not worth it. I did not misuse this item, so for whatever reason it broke, that just goes to show what a poorly manufactured item this is. Anything other routine you have going is probably better than this crap.
Not Sure about Zeno

I haven't found it to be anything special. It clears up tiny surface pimples but does nothing for deeper ones that have not broken the surface. I wouldn't buy it.

I am definately finding it helpful but the trick to this product is hunting down the pimple before it becomes a ship wreck. You may scar if you don't find it in time & zap it w/ this product (if you have easily scarring skin). I'm keeping the product for just in case emergency breakouts. Overall I would rate it average. Just make sure you thoroughly read the manual before using it...
Oh yeah, I think it the refill cartridges run out quickly if you use it frequently. It's only approximately 90 uses (max).
LOVE IT!

got the zeno from my doctor. I love it, It makes swelling and bumps gp down in a few hours. It also prevents me from trying other stuff which will just irritae my skin. Most of your blemishes really do just go away. Some can be more resistant to treatment. The only thing I don't like is the shutoff it takes a lot of time to do more than three treatments.
Works sometimes

Sometimes it seems to speed healing, other times it just causes a red flaky spot to form. It can feel very hot on sensitive areas, such as the neck or hairline. Not the magic device everyone hopes for. Good old 5% benzoil peroxide works better.
