THIS IRON IS SO PERFECT!!! i got it a while ago and i tried it and it worked!!! it gets really hot but it worked ssooo good! it has lots of different heat settings so it works with all kinds of hair, and it left my hair feeling silky and smooth.i found that the plates didnt close properly,but it is okay bcuz that way it doesnt pull.heres a few tips ..
-when you are done,wipe the plates with a dry cloth.
-swithch it off before unplugging.
-keep the twist tie it comes with to wrap the cord up.
-keep the plastic cover on the plug so you can put it on after use to avoid it bending.keep the box and when finished, put the iron in the pouch, then in the box.(it comes with a pouch)

This hair straightiner is the best or yhe best. It made my hair smooth, shiny, and perfectly straight. GET IT! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
