if you want something good and spend money, add maybe $30 and get something that will actually be great.. instead of this that you will want to replace within a few months.

I bought a wigo straightner because I didn't want to spend the money on a chi and the salesperson said the wigo was the next best thing. Well, it not only pulls my hair out when I use it, it doesn't close all the way so it doesn't straighten my hair. My advice, buy a chi, my roomate has one and they're definitly worth the money. The wigo, not so much.
Not worth the money!!

My daughter and I both have thick, wavy defiant hair. We have used a few cheap Walmart flat irons that didn't work that well. Our stylist uses a CHI which works great so my daughter wanted one. I chose to try the WIGO instead even though the reviews were bad thinking the price was between the cheap irons and the CHI so how bad could it be. Well the saying you get what pay for really applies here! I read the reviews for all the flat irons and for the price the FHI was the best. I returned the WIGO and bought the FHI. The WIGO did OK compared to the cheap Walmart varieties but if you are looking for a good professional iron that leaves your hair straight & silky the WIGO is not the one. Buy the FHI like I did.....you won't regret it!
