I love this straightner it works great and has never died on me so i dont know what yall are talking about anyways i absolutly love this straightner.It leaves my hair supper straight,shiney,and soft.I have very frizzy curly hair and this works great!

After a few months of every other weekend use, only one side of the iron will heat up. I will update this site as to how the manufacturer responds to the complaint.

I really liked this straightener for the first six months. I have thick, wavy hair and it did a great job of straightening. But after six months it totally broke... no heat whatsoever. I'm going to try a solia and hopefully will have better luck. I would recommend spending a little more for a better quality iron.

Wigo worked but not as fast as Farouk CHI. Then after 6 months the ceramic layer began to wear out and my hair smelled burnt after using it (it was the ceramic). It is cheaper but in the long run not a good investment.

I don't reccomend this product. It dies on me in less than a year even though it was to last three years.
