Awesome Straightener

I LOVED this straightener. I saved and debated and saved and tried a couple different straighteners and finally I gave in and bought this one about a year ago. It works AWESOME. I love using it, It makes me hair very straight and very shiny and it heats up in about 45 seconds (dunno why the other poster said an hour...?) to max heat and is really hot. HOWEVER; my straightener in the last couple days has stopped heating up and staying hot. If it turn it on and leave it alone it doesnt get hot, i have to shake it and play with it to get it to warm up. Im kind of dissapointed and I contacted the manufaturer and they said they could do nothing because I dont have the receipt. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT if you get this product. I loved it and would have recommended this product but after it broke in just over a year and they will do nothing I am kind of bummed and dont think I will buy another.

I really like the wigo straightener! It does a great job at straightening my thick wavy wavy hair. I had a sedu and it just didnt compare at all. This straightener leaves my hair soft and shiny without any frizz, and its at a GREAT price !!

I had a Chi that I bought 7 1/2 years ago, that finally bit the bullet. I was advised against buying another Chi by both my hairdresser and the consultant at the store because they both said that Chi is no longer the quality of what it used to be since they mass marketed it. So, I bought this one for the same price point. It heats up fast and does the same job as my old Chi - straightens nicely. I have thick wavy hair and in about 5 minutes it is shiny and smooth. I have used it for about a week now and have been very happy with it. Plus has a 3 year warranty...no other iron has that!

My friend has this iron and it straightens as well as a chi, But she only had it for 2 monthes, and when we tuen it on there was smoke coming out of it.
Usally there is steam if you have products in your hair, But it wasn't those steam things, When we turn it on it was PURE smoke. and she only had it for 2 month.Works great, Great design, But You need to take really good care of it if you want it to last

I bought this flat iron almost 6 months ago. I love it, it gets hot very fast and I only have to run it thru once. I bought the same one for my sister in law and she is in love with it! Maybe the comment above was a bad one!

i got this for my birthday and it takes almost an hour to heat up, it also gets caught in my hair all the time and get dirty easily. i returned it after two tries. i advise everyone not to get this striaghtnerr
