My friend has this iron and it straightens as well as a chi, But she only had it for 2 monthes, and when we tuen it on there was smoke coming out of it. Usally there is steam if you have products in your hair, But it wasn't those steam things, When we turn it on it was PURE smoke. and she only had it for 2 month.Works great, Great design, But You need to take really good care of it if you want it to last

I bought this flat iron almost 6 months ago. I love it, it gets hot very fast and I only have to run it thru once. I bought the same one for my sister in law and she is in love with it! Maybe the comment above was a bad one!

i got this for my birthday and it takes almost an hour to heat up, it also gets caught in my hair all the time and get dirty easily. i returned it after two tries. i advise everyone not to get this striaghtnerr
