I have been using the rosemary hair oil to remove my eye makeup for several weeks now and it works better than anything i've ever tried. My eyes are very sensitive and this doesn't bother them at all. I dampen a cotton square with water, apply a few drops of the oil and then follow with another clean damp cotton square. Works great for me!
