My husband has super thick hair, and I had been trying to cut it for several months with a clipper from an average retail store. I thought I was just terible at getting the job done, but the moment we used this clipper I knew the problem wasn't me, it was the cheap thing I had been using before! This clipper is powerful and edgy. It finished the job in half the time with 5 times better results. It's easy to clean and works like a dream! For the price of two haircuts I'll be able to cut his hair for years!

The clipper itself is fine although somewhat 'weighty'. Have used a Wahl clipper for more than 15 years, I expected the newer brands to weigh less. The motor on this model is loud too. I will still stick with Wahl and will order another clipper to see the difference.
