the best trimmer I've ever had and I have been cutting my hair for 17 years now. Out of all the top brands owned, this by far is the best and most durable for me. mine is 3 years old and still works like new, a good quality product for its size and price.

I have had my peanut for a couple of years now i have to say that overall its the best clipper i've ever purchased. I would definetly purchase another one. Best investment ever.

This little peanut is the BEST trimmer I have EVER used- and I have used/gone through too many!!!! I use it for trimming my hair on my head, neck, sideburns, some body hair, but mainly my beard-any I have a super thick beard and nothing has been able to chop through it like this guy!!!! Whenever I would go in to get my hair cut I would see all of these at each person's booth, and I now know why...cuz it works amazing!!! It may cost a little more than the cheesy ones you find in your average store, but you definitely get what you pay for. It is POWERFUL, STURDY, and gets the job done...ANYWHERE you use it!!! Get one!!!

I wanted to rate this between good and average. I would start by saying what I like about this clipper. First, for the size, it is a very powerful clipper. It seems to be able to handle most tasks given, even through thick hair. Second, I like the fact that this is a rotary trimmer. (it's hard to clog like magnecics we owned.) Third, it does very fine detail work.
What I don't like... It was much smaller than I expected. Control is a issue with something that is the size of a mouse... it seemed to bog a bit when I clipped my sons thick coarse hair.
All in all a good trimmer and I would recomend this if you are looking for a detail clipper not for large shear jobs.
I feel like a shaved peach!

This is the best product on the market. My sister owns a hair salon and recommends this product to all of her clients. I noticed you have a fancy new penut shaped like its namesake. I will have to order a new one! WOW

I cannot tell you how much I really love this trimmer. I have a 2 year old little boy, and I use these to trim up his hair, my husband loves them for the great job they do trimming his beard, and I love the great line these give. I have had the same one since before beauty school and I have not had any problems. I would reccomend this to anyone!

I decided to buy the peanut after doing a lot of research on trimmers. I was using a trimmer located on the back of my shaver and it was awful. I use the peanut to shave my side burns and neck and it is a jewel. It is also great for buzz cuts and body hair. Plug-in trimmers such as the peanut are far superior and never require batteries. For general trimming, you cannot beat this product. Keep it clean and oiled, you won't be disappointed.

I have two peanut hair trimmers. One I have had since cosmetology school, the other I bought as a replacement.
I love them because they are great for detail work such as necklines and beards. But the switch has gone out on both of them, when I plug them in they are on constantly. I still use them because they give a clean line but I have to plug and unplug them everytime I use them, which gets very annoying.
Fix the switch and you would have a customer for life.

I was given a Wahl Peanut about 4 years ago as a gift. I was tired of replacing cordless trimmers due to battery going dead.This is a great product. It is small, compact and easy to use. While on a business trip to France, my power converter failed and POW the trimmer smoked. Without any hesitation I purchased another Wahl Peanut.
The only thing that keeps me from rating this product as excellent is that it does have a selectable 120/220 switch. Had such a switch been on the old Peanut I would not have needed to purcahse a new trimmer and I would not have written this review.

I bought a Peanut for my hubby to trim his beard. The longest guard shaved his beard too short and there were no longer ones available so I started using it on my Persian cats. It worked great at first but after 3 shaves it started getting loud and did not cut as well. Now it bogs down and barely cuts and it has only been used about 10 times. I only used it to shave their tummies.

I am very pleased with my peaunt , it is the second one I now own. The only thing that I would want improved would be to be able to find the blades a little easier( to purchase ). We use our peanuts on our small tiny dogs, they work awesome:)

Very good overall. I would not purchase for extremely thick hair as hair gets caught in the comb attachments. However, nothing beat this for cleaning up the hairline in the back of the neck or around the ears.
The Peanut is a jewel of a product.

I bought the Peanut to groom my little Maltese and I couldn't believe that I did as good a job as the expert groomers who have been doing her for 10 years. The size is perfect and it is so quiet. The price is incredible, especially when I think the pet store tried to talk me into almost a $200.00 clipper. Oh and it only took me about a half hour to clip her in her little puppy cut. The best part is I am saving money and my little girl will never have to spend long hours at the groomers ever again. Thank you for the Peanut.

Recently purchased the "Peanut" and it's great! Tired of replacing my battery operated or so-called "re-chargable" clippers that don't last. So far, this little puppy seems the perfect match for beards, goatee', and/or sideburn trims. While it has four clips to trim at different lengths, I got used to the easile twist/adjustable Norelco I had. Wouldn't trade this back, though. Just have to get used to it!

I finally purchased a clipper for my 8 year old son's hair, which grows like a weed. The past clippers I have had always seem to pull his hair, and he gets so upset. This one, was fantastic.... no pulling, very small and easy to use and within minutes we were all done. Nobody could believe I actually cut his hair, they thought he went to the barbers. I am siked........ worth the money!!!

Since my Daughter-in-law is the one who needed these, they were a gift to her. I know she's alsways used this brand of clippers and the Peanut Trimmers since graduating from Grahm Webb 8 years ago. After hers were borrowed and not returned, she's been without and unhappy for a few weeks. She will say this is the only thing to have for cleanin us necks, sideburns and for childrens cuts.
